will be frozen just prior to shipping for the ultimate in freshness and
quality. This is the reason for our turnaround time, because your order
has to be cut, marinaded if neccesary, vacuum packaged, then frozen for
24-48 hours before being shipped.
We add actual shipping costs to the price of your order. A receipt from the shipping company will be inclosed with your order. We guarantee your selections to arive at your home or office in frozen or near frozen condition and vacuum sealed for maximum freshness.
