Seasoned with our own house seasoning, this one's ready to go the way we

Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°. Place on foil lined cookie sheet, place in middle
rack of oven, and cook for 25 minutes per pound average to achieve medium
rare.
BBQ Instructions:
Not recommended.

tender cut of lamb still on the bone. Seasoned to perfection, you'll love
them.
Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Place on foil lined cookie sheet, place in middle
rack of oven, and cook for 18-22 minutes average to achieve medium rare.
BBQ Instructions:
Medium heat for 15 minutes average to achieve medium rare. Flip every 5
minutes. For best results do not puncture or cut before cooking.
