Leg of Lamb
Boneless Seasoned Leg of Lamb. We use the boneless cut to make for easy carving. Seasoned with our own house seasoning, this one's ready to go the way we know you'll love it.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°. Place on foil lined cookie sheet, place in middle rack of oven, and cook for 25 minutes per pound average to achieve medium rare.
BBQ Instructions: Not recommended.
Special Note! Just pop in the oven, add mint jelly to taste, and enjoy!

Seasoned Rack
of Lamb
Seasoned Rack of Lamb. Great for empressing your house guests, this is the most tender cut of lamb still on the bone. Seasoned to perfection, you'll love them.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Place on foil lined cookie sheet, place in middle rack of oven, and cook for 18-22 minutes average to achieve medium rare.
BBQ Instructions: Medium heat for 15 minutes average to achieve medium rare. Flip every 5 minutes. For best results do not puncture or cut before cooking.
Special Note! Just cut into individual chops after cooking and enjoy!

Lamb Chop
Small Loin Lamb Chop. Fantastic for small appetites and extremely juicy and tender.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Place on foil lined cookie sheet, place in middle rack of oven, and cook for 15-25 minutes average to achieve medium rare.
BBQ Instructions: Medium heat for 15-20 minutes average to achieve medium rare. Flip every 5 minutes.
