Dijon Honey Mustard boneless skinless chicken is a mustard lovers dream. This combination of gourmet mustard, white wine, honey, garlic & herbs makes this dish a real winner.
The Dijon chicken pairs well with a nice “buttery” or Oaked Chardonnay that tends to have additional flavors of vanilla, butter and citrus which also brings out the Chardonnay used in making the marinade.
BAKE- Preheat oven to 375 deg. and cook for about 30 minutes or until a internal temperature of 165 deg. is reached.
B.B.Q.- Medium heat about 10 minutes per side or to an internal temperature of 165.
STOVETOP- Open the package of chicken and empty the entire contents into a large saucepan, bring chicken to a boil. Once at a boil reduce heat and simmer uncovered for approximately 10 minutes per side. Leaving the pan uncovered will allow the moisture to evaporate and the sauce will thicken on its own. This provides a fantastic sauce to drizzle over the chicken and use for dipping.
