quality meats, at economical rates. We pride ourselves on the quality of
all our hand picked steaks and meats. Also, we are well known for our seasoned
and marinated meats, all made from BarnettMeats.com's homemade recipes.
We have been in this industry for 14 years perfecting and creating a new
way of enjoying all meat products. All of our sausages are also homemade
and hand twisted in our full service butcher shop in the foothills of Yosemite,
CA. Most meats are Harris Ranch brand steaks and all choice grade or higher.
Dry aged to perfection, you will notice the difference in taste from your
normal grocery store meats.
Harris Ranch is proud to offer our Residue Control Program that goes far beyond other natural beef programs. According to the USDA, any fresh beef that has been only minimally processed and which contains no preservatives can be termed natural. The Harris Ranch program surpasses these guidelines. Under our program, cattle in our feedlot and also at processing are routinely tested for antibiotic residues. As well, all feed is tested for pesticide residues. |
